Beginning Maple

This evening class will explore maple syrup production at the hobby or introductory scale. The class will cover the entire process of making maple syrup from identifying which trees to tap; through methods for collecting and processing the sap. Equipment requirements and costs will also be covered. No one will leave the class without tasting some good maple syrup and candy. Class
