The Basics of Woodland Ownership

The Basics of Woodland Ownership - If you are a new woodland owner, or an owner that just doesn't know where to start, this class is for you. The class starts with the history of Ohio's forests so that we can understand how Ohio forests got to where they are today. The class covers how to assess your wildlife and forestry resources and how to set reasonable goals that work with what resources you have. We will cover some of the basic tools needed to move forward with your plan and where to get assistance when you need it.

* Please note: While a minimum of 20 participants per class is required, class size is limited to 30 people per class. Be sure to sign up early to get your spot! Registration deadline is June 18, 2008.
